I love the bright colors of Summer, and this Summer is fabulous because there's an abundance of hot & electric colors to play with! Bought these from Icing, similar to Claire's. Great colors, but of course with neon shades, you NEED a shiny topcoat, or else you'll have a matte finish on your nails.
