Cheesy Spaghetti

Tada!
It's cooking!
Mozzarella cheese
Basil & Parsley
Capers
Diced tomatoes
Chunky chopped onion (1/2 a medium onion)
Fresh minced garlic (5 cloves)

While water is boiling to cook pasta of choice, prepare ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, sautee garlic & onion in virgin olive oil, until lightly golden, add pasta, then tomatoes, capers, spices and finally cheese. Stir until pasta is evenly coated. It's so easy and yummy! And of course, garlic bread, coat both sides of fresh, sliced French bread with olive oil, toast both sides in pan and then rub clove of fresh garlic directly onto slices. Enjoy!
