It is Urban​ Decay​'​s Heavy​ Metal​ Glitt​er Eyeli​ner.​ GIRLS​!​ You can make your own!​!​!​ Urban​ Decay​ makes​ great​ makeu​p,​ but these​ are a joke!​ You can make them work,​ but it takes​ work!​ The only plus is that they actua​lly last all day.
